Our Mission
The Table Project CIC exists to transform the hospitality industry into a space where every woman feels welcome, valued, and able to thrive. We champion inclusivity by ensuring that women and underrepresented groups have equitable access to opportunities, and we actively work to remove the systemic barriers that limit their potential.
Through collaboration with individuals, communities, and businesses, we drive meaningful, industry-wide change rooted in shared purpose and partnership.
Our programmes focus on empowerment, equipping women with the skills, confidence, and leadership experience needed to flourish in their careers. We are committed to fostering safe and supportive workplaces, advocating for environments that prioritise dignity, wellbeing, and respect. Through powerful storytelling, we amplify the voices too often overlooked—raising awareness, shifting perceptions, and inspiring cultural change across the sector.
Together, these values underpin our mission: to build a hospitality industry defined by equality, safety, and opportunity, where every woman has the support she needs to succeed.
Our Aims
The Table Project CIC aims to build a brighter, more equitable hospitality industry that actively supports, values, and celebrates the women who make it what it is. We seek to create lasting, systemic change by addressing inequality at every level, ensuring that women and underrepresented groups can enter, remain, and progress within the industry safely and confidently.
We aim to work cross-regionally, expanding our programmes and partnerships beyond a single city to reach communities across multiple regions. By collaborating with local organisations, businesses, and individuals, we will respond to the unique challenges faced in different areas while staying united by a shared national vision.
Ultimately, our aim is to influence the hospitality industry as a whole—driving cultural and structural change nationwide. Through empowerment, advocacy, and collaboration, we strive to reshape the sector into one defined by fairness, safety, and opportunity, where women are not only supported to succeed but recognised as essential to the industry’s present and future.
