who we are
Women* are the backbone of the UK’s hospitality scene, we make up the majority of the workforce. But when it comes to leadership, the numbers don’t add up. There are fewer female chefs and even fewer managers.
Our goal is to create a community that supports and uplifts each other. From networking events and panel talks, to training sessions led by some of the best in the North East. We’re aiming to create a safe space for women to grow, thrive and lead.

We aim to make hospitality as accessible to women as possible, we have many recommend resources for women in the industry. We also have a community board and stories page in which you can share real experiences with others.
Please be aware that when we use the term “women,” we do so inclusively. Our focus is on unity rather than division, and we celebrate all who uplift one another.
